With BIGUMA®- GRANO MA, Dortmunder Gussasphalt GmbH & Co. KG offers its customers a new, innovative solution that makes the repair of roads more efficient, economical and sustainable.

Granulate with numerous advantages
BIGUMA®- GRANO MA is a high-quality mastic asphalt that has been gently granulated immediately after production. Its special form enables easy dosing and ensures uncomplicated handling at the same time. Thanks to its easy melting behaviour, the granulate can be processed in the boiler or applied directly to the area to be repaired and melted using a burner. The result is a quickly, easily and efficiently repaired road – without any time-consuming compaction work.

Environmental and climate protection in road construction
The responsible use of dwindling global resources is also becoming increasingly important in road construction. ‘The fulfilment of environmental and climate protection requirements has now become a key factor when awarding contracts. With BIGUMA®- GRANO MA, we not only fulfil these criteria, but also make an active contribution to reducing energy consumption in road construction’, explains Stefaan Haerinck, Sales Manager Road Construction at the dga Group.
In combination with the proven Colzuphalt® additive from Dortmunder Gussasphalt GmbH & Co. KG, the processing temperature of BIGUMA®- GRANO MA can be reduced by over 30 °C – meaning less energy is required for the melting process. BIGUMA®- GRANO MA can also be reused as a finishing asphalt in road construction. This not only conserves resources, but also reduces costs.
