DOBAU®- 2SA Dichtungsband

Description

The DOBAU®- 2SA Dichtungsband tape is a double-sided adhesive sealing and installation strip made from polymer-modified bitumen, which has been specially developed to provide reliable waterproofing in building construction and civil engineering. As the ideal complement to the DOBAU®- Abdichtungsbahn KSK, it ensures a permanently watertight joint, even in particularly challenging connection areas.

Thanks to its high adhesive strength, the tape allows for secure installation according to the ‘mass-on-mass principle’ and is therefore ideal for sealing longitudinal and transverse joints, wall-floor transitions, internal and external corners, edges, coving, as well as complex details such as pipe penetrations or floor drains. Furthermore, it can also be used for fixing insulation and drainage boards, as well as for coating expansion joint plates.

The DOBAU®- 2SA Dichtungsband is designed for both vertical and horizontal applications and is used on walls, floor slabs, foundations, plinths and basement walls, as well as on concrete foundations or underground car parks. It can be reliably applied to substrates such as smooth concrete, masonry, screed or OSB boards, offering a practical solution for new builds and renovations.
